Clothes shopping here in Boquete

Shopping here turned out to be a treat that I was not expecting. When I was here 2 years ago you could not get any clothes that were larger than a size 6 it seemed. Panamanian people for the most part are quite trim and small. But now, with so many north americans here, who are, yes unfortunately alot of us have had a little too much of the super-sizers at fast food, well anyway, now the stores are carrying clothes (ropa's) in all sizes.

So yesterday to my delight I found 2 cute all cotton tops and I could not believe the price! One was 2.95 and the other was 3.95!! And I also got a pair of nice cotton pants for 4.95!! Needless to say, I was thrilled with this. And this is at the niciest 'department' store in town. Actually maybe the only real department store in town. Now, don't you wish you were here to go shopping! Who knew?!!
